On Sunday afternoon, a couple surfers were returning to the short term parking lot at Tower 26 and saw this lady trying to rip the license plate off their car. She was able to yank the frame off and walked away when they showed up. As on called the cops, the other started filming her. He posted the confrontation to his Instagram story (that's where these screen grabs originally came from, we reposted them to our Insta-story too). According to the guys, she was yelling back at them then when off and lock herself in the bathroom, still screaming till the cops showed up.

Join Surfrider LA on Saturday for the quarterly volunteer orientation where you'll have a chance to hear from local Surfrider LA activists about their campaigns and programs and how YOU can get involved protecting our local coastal resources. The orientation will last from 10-11AM with a beach cleanup to follow from 11AM-1PM. All are welcome! Bring your family, bring your friends, and come learn about the great work that's being done to address global ocean issues right here in your own back yard. About ZJBH

Ever since our humble beginnings as a hole-in-the-wall surf shop back in 1988, ZJ Boarding House has been sharing its passion for Surfing and Skateboarding with the local Santa Monica community and beyond. As the store grew both physically and in inventory, the same levels of knowledge and passion were applied to Skateboarding and Surfing. Our passion for boards, customer service, and product knowledge continues to grow as we are entering our 30th year of business. We pass on our stoke and knowledge to our customers and strive to assist them in making the best decisions for new gear based on their budget and skill levels.
