Join Surfrider LA this Saturday, September 21st from 9am-12pm at the Venice Pier for International Coastal Cleanup Day. Surfrider LA will be staged on the sand just north of the pier at the end of Washington Boulevard and will need plenty of volunteers on hand to not only pick up trash but to help sort and analyze the findings. The data gathered during beach cleanups are critical in leveraging policy initiatives aimed at reducing plastic pollution at the source.
