Solo Scott talks about the Expo Line and the fact that they're going to allow surfboards on the trains.


West Adler is a 16 year-old who loves surfing. In this video he's riding his 9'4" Farberow Model shaped by Scott Anderson and an Album Zero shaped by Matt Parker. Most of the waves are from the Venice Pier and there are a couple of sequences from Zeros back in December. Anyway, they're mostly lefts.

"Made In Venice" takes you on a rippin’, shreddin’ ride with the skateboarders and surfers of Venice, from “raising hell” on the beach in their teens to turning pro in the 80s and putting “street skating” on the global map. But their biggest challenge of all wasn’t becoming skateboarding legends, it was about getting what they dreamed of, and really wanted... a skatepark on Venice Beach for the community and the pro skaters of tomorrow.

A Walk on Water held its inaugural Surf Therapy event on Saturday, April 23, at Surfrider Beach in Malibu. The event provides water therapy through guided surf instruction to specials needs children. Surfing is used as a tool to gain self confidence skills and promote the therapeutic benefits of the sport’s positive effects. Children experience the true “stoke” of surfing and a sense of accomplishment as family and friends cheer them on from the beach. Each team of watermen takes the time to build a bond with each and every child, making them feel comfortable and trusting in our instructors to provide the amazing experience of Surf Therapy.
