According to Surfline: "SSW swell peaks Thu as NW mix builds, nice combo into weekend"
Friday, June 4th: 3-4’+ waves as SSW swell holds, top exposures 4-6’+. Light AM winds.
Looking very similar to Thursday with early morning wind variable to light onshore, then wind trends onshore from the SW through the middle of the day and picks up a touch through the afternoon. Wind lightens up for most areas in the evening. Long-period SSW swell holds through the day with reinforcing energy arriving as a little more NW swell mix blends in. Surf is running waist-chest-shoulder high at decent spots and head high for better exposures. Shape is a little peakier than the last couple of days.
Saturday, June 5th: 3-4′ waves as SSW swell starts fading, top exposures 4-6′. Light AM winds.
Could be a bit cleaner first thing with light/variable wind, then trends similarly to the past couple of days with onshore flow from the S/SW through the middle of the day that becomes moderate for the afternoon. Wind lightens up for most areas in the evening. SSW swell starts to trend down as NW swell mix hangs in there. Surf is running waist-chest high at decent spots and head high for better exposures. Likely more peaks to be found as the Southern Hemi energy fades.
