Mollusk Surf Shop is looking for a part time customer service associate to join their team in Venice Beach! Mollusk staff associates are enthusiastic about creating a positive, unique, and informative experience for our customers. All applicants should have these qualities and skills:
Courteous, respectful, and excited about customer service.
Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
Be capable of multitasking and prioritizing in fast paced environment.
Have attention to detail and help keep an organized, tidy and stocked store.
Experience working in a retail environment.
Experience in Vend or other point of sale software a plus.
Experience working in a surf shop is a big plus.
Retain and relay information about current surfboards and clothes.
Confident and clear when communicating product information. Capable of responding to questions about Mollusk products and detailed surfboard information.
Must be able to lift 30 lb surfboards and stand for extended period of time.
