A fire was reportedly started in Pacific Palisades today:
"My neighbor found someone started a fire on the edge of my parents property in pine needles.
There was a lighter found once extinguished by LAFD.
Unfortunately our cameras did not capture who did this.
Seems intentional given there was a lighter there.. if it was a cigarette butt maybe I could see otherwise.
I am incredibly upset and anxious. It feels so malicious and on a hot day.
This is me venting because I am scared; and also please be extra vigilant."
