A head on collision closed Pacific Coast Highway in both directions for about 2 hours at the California Incline this afternoon.

From Venice Beach Boardwalk, another video showing the current state of the boardwalk:

"The Venice Beach Boardwalk has fallen into total anarchy due to the failed policies of Councilmember Mike Bonin and Mayor Eric Garcetti. They have allowed unrestricted homeless encampments to set up directly on the boardwalk, while simultaneously cutting police patrols. Local businesses and residents are fed up and demanding change."





Some rapper called Choppa got into a fight with a fan on the bike path in Santa Moinca.

The rapper and his crew were appraoched by a fan who asked for a photo and was denied, so the fan said something that offended the rapper.

So the offended rapper charged the fan, but the fan f-cked him up with a shot to the face. Luckily for the beat rapper, he had his crew of 5 guys jump on the fan.

As the video below shows, the fan held his ground getting jumped by the 5 guys (plus the hurt rapper trying to jump back in) and gets up like it didn't really faze him.



Of course the internet called out the wanna-be tough rapper:






The hurt rapper then goes on his Twitter after lots of Twiiter folks make fun of him for getting beat in a fight he started.
