From Venice Beach Boardwalk, another video showing the current state of the boardwalk:
"A homeless guy decides to kick a man’s dog while he was walking it down the Venice Beach Boardwalk. Most crimes are no longer prosecuted in Los Angeles, so some homeless feel they can now get away with anything."
