Another police standoff in Venice Beach, this time, Los Angeles Police Officer respond to a call of a man with a gun. A guy that neighbors refer to as a known trouble-maker was said to be in front of his home waving a gun around.
After the situation was de-esculated, no arrest was made, adding to the frustrationof residents who live on this street, as one states in the video, that the guy has been a problem for some time now.
