Pacific Coast Highway is reduced to one lane between Topanga Canyon Blvd. & Big Rock Drive through late September for recovery work.
Weekdays: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. southbound, 7 a.m.-3 p.m. northbound
Weekends: 5 a.m.-5 p.m. both directions
