"A group of hooligans did burnouts on 2nd Street in Santa Monica, CA. One male was filming while another was doing a burnout in a Chevy Camaro convertible. It seemed they wanted to be influencers on social media by doing stupid stuff. Passersbys and employees at local restaurants yelled at the group to stop, but the hooligans didn't like being told what to do and tried to intimidate others. They eventually left."
