UPDATED AT 1045 with VIDEO

This morning a dead body was found washed up on shore on the north side of the Venice Breakwater. described by witnesses as a woman with red hair and completely nude.

Police currently have the breakwater taped off while the detectives investigate.

We will update this story more as the it develops.

The big swell last weekend brought everyone out, and with so many out in the water at once, there were a lot of wipeouts and quite a few boards getting busted up and chopped in half. Here some wipeouts from Topnaga, Bay Street, and the Venice Pier shot by Six12 Media.
