"Santa Monica Police Officers from the DART Team arrest a man for camping at Santa Monica Beach on Friday, January 6, 2022. The man allegedly resisted and would not show identification to the officers. The Dart team also cleaned up the homeless encampment. Camping at Santa Monica beach is a misdemeanor."
