This happened Wednesday morning around 4:30AM, the man is in the hospital.

"On Wednesday April 28, 2021 at 4:26am, a 23 year old man was shot near one of the encampments lining the Venice Beach Boardwalk. The shooter is still at large. Contact LAPD if you have any information about the shooting 1-877-LAPD 24-7"
