StokeShare is joining forces with Surfrider LA to link hands to support our ocean and protest the dirty fuels that endanger our planet. In addition to the show of solidarity to protect our oceans and environment, we'll be taking a great group of kids from the LAPD Cadet Program surfing to inspire their connection to the ocean through the One Watershed program.
The surfing lesson will be provided by Wavehuggers and we need your help providing 1-to-1 instruction for the kids. Please let us know if you'd like to participate by volunteering and/or bringing your soft top surfboards to the beach. Let's get as many people as we can to link hands and show the kids what our ocean-friendly community is all about!
This event is open to the public but if you'd like to volunteer during the youth surf lesson, you'll need to complete a background check. After you RSVP on this page, you will be redirected to a volunteer page. You'll then be redirected to the background check website.
