Come volunteer to help The Bay Foundation and project partners remove non-native plants and keep our site beautiful. This project evaluates living restored shoreline with a diverse plant and wildlife community as an approach to increase coastal resiliency.
The Malibu Living Shoreline Project (MLSP) aims to restore approximately three acres of sandy beach and dune habitat at Zuma Beach and Point Dume Beach. This project will provide multiple ecosystem benefits such as increased shoreline protection and habitat for native flowering plants and shorebirds. Help us celebrate Earth month by volunteering with The Bay Foundation and project partners to remove non-native plants and keep our project beautiful at the Point Dume Beach location
