Tropical Storm Paine formed in the Eastern Pacific on Monday afternoon. It is NO threat to land and will maintain Tropical Storm strength this week as it moves off to the Northwest.
According to the National Hurricane Center, A general northwest or north-northwest motion is expected through Tuesday night, followed by a gradual turn westward on Wednesday and Thursday.
There are no coastal watches or warnings in effect.
It will not be sending any swell to California.
