There's a new controllable live high-definition webcam at Venice Beach, it looks over the boardwalk, but can be controlled to look at and zoom in to the Breakwater. Check it out at http://www.venicebeachlivecam.tv/.
Been here for years. Mostly creeps using it to spy on chicks.
