"The Los Angeles Police Department responded to a call about a man shot in Venice on Saturday, February 18, 2023. The incident took place on Venice Boulevard, between Louella Avenue and Glyndon Avenue. According to reports, the road was closed for a couple of hours while the officers investigated the crime scene.
The victim, a man, was shot in the arm. The Los Angeles firefighters arrived at the scene and immediately transported the man to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The shooter, however, was not found or arrested.
The LAPD is urging anyone who may have any information to contact them. They are currently investigating the incident and trying to determine the circumstances that led to the shooting.
The police department has not released any details about the shooter or possible motives behind the crime. Venice residents are on high alert and are being encouraged to be vigilant in the coming days.
The shooting has left the Venice community in shock, and residents are hoping that the LAPD will be able to find the shooter and bring them to justice. The police department has assured the public that they are doing everything they can to investigate the case.
