We caught this on our Instagram Stories Thursday morning, where our Instagram filmer chases down and stops a vehicle that was driving on the bike path. Luckily, the car didn't ht anyone as it drown down the Venice Boardwalk starting at around Rose Ave, then onto the bike path, and all the way down to Perry's at Ocean Park.
