"Santa Monica Police Officers from the Safety Task Force clean-up an abandoned homeless encampment at Santa Monica Beach on Monday, August 8, 2022. Some of the abandoned items were bolt cutters, bike tires and a knife. The person in the other encampment was issued a warning for camping in public places."
