There's was more police activity at the Venice Pier Wednesday morning.
According to Venice 311, an LAPD helicopter spotted a person with a gun in his waistband and radioed in for officers to go get him.
After a quick chase and a somersault, he was apprehended.
It ended up being a toy gun.
